Orange (remote) · Feb 2026 – Present

Defined the E2E testing strategy with a POM architecture (Playwright) for suites of over 100 automated tests, covering several Orange websites with a shared architecture and shared scenarios.
Use of WebMCP, GitHub MCP and others, and implementation of tools for WebMCP.
Implemented a unified locator architecture across the different websites.
Implemented GitHub Actions workflows with a GitHub App to automate releases, hotfixes, PR notifications and PR checks — cutting the release process (merge develop → master, version bump and CHANGELOG) from 30 minutes to under 2 with a single click.
Developed a CHANGELOG generation script based on conventional commits, grouping entries by system according to project needs to keep a clear and traceable history.
Implemented AI agents with Claude based on the project context.
Built Grafana dashboards with charts and tables to track regression, smoke and ad-hoc runs, including the status of the bugs linked to each run.

Android Mobile QA Architect responsible for quality strategies at INDITEX.
Designed quality strategies to define, run and review automated test plans (analytics, functional, view tests, end-to-end).
Defined from scratch the analytics testing strategy on Android (Espresso + Kotlin) aligned with iOS, implementing a POM architecture able to verify analytics events fired during execution and validate each of their attributes.
Designed the POM architecture adopted as a reference by other Inditex testing teams and replicated on iOS (XCUITest), ensuring scalability, maintainability and CI/CD integration.
Rolled out the strategy in DevOps pipelines (GitHub Actions).
Cross-team collaboration with developers, product owners and external service teams to ensure quality from the very start of each strategy.
Collaborated on the implementation of MCP with AI.

Lead QA Engineer · Napptilus Tech Labs

ZARA (Inditex) · Aug 2023 – Apr 2025

Created and led ZARA's Android automation framework from scratch with Espresso (Kotlin), reaching a suite of over 350 tests run as a weekly regression, with an initial team of 3-4 people.
Designed the framework architecture following the Robot Pattern, using TAGs as locators instead of identifiers for better decoupling and maintainability.
Implemented GitHub Actions pipelines for unattended execution, freeing up the team's local resources and gaining time for maintenance, bug detection and new feature development.
Integrated TrackingPlan into the framework to verify analytics events; given the limitations of the third-party software, I later designed my own analytics architecture from scratch.
Integrated Applitools for visual validation of components and their structure within each view, solving UI testing coverage without manual assertion logic.
Trained the functional QA teams of the Checkout, Customer, Catalog, Browser and Menu verticals.

Technical reference in a team of 9 people (3 Android, 3 iOS, 3 Web), directly training the iOS and Web leads to build a hybrid team with cross-platform knowledge.
Developed a custom report on top of Cucumber that, besides the functional result of each run, independently generated the status of the analytics events — providing functional and analytics coverage in a single regression with no additional runs.
